1.     Q. Are these oats gluten free 

       A. These are the same oats sold and labelled gluten free in USA, UK and parts of Europe

2.     Q. Why aren't these oats labelled gluten free oats 

       A. Due to restrictions in the current Australian labelling laws we are unable to make a claim on packaging that any product containing oats are gluten free

3.     Q. Are these oats safe for Coeliacs 

       A. Please refer to the statement released by the Coeliac Society that recommends that 1 in 5 coeliac could react to oats.  We do have a number of customers who enjoy our oats and are coeliacs.

4.     Q. Are these oats organic 

       A. No these oats are not registered organic but have a very low chemical rating.

5.     Q. Where are these oats grown 

       A. They come from Wyoming in the USA.

6.     Q. How do you store the oats 

       A. The 500g packaging should be stored in a cool dry place and consumed before the best before date.  2kg bulk bags can be stored in a fridge or freezer as long as the bag is securely closed. Any opened packages should be stored in a cool, dry, securely enclosed container to deter and bugs from penetrating the product.
