Ingredients1 cup of Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of GF Uncontaminated Oats
80g Butter (Nuttelex for Dairy Free option)
2 tablespoon of syrup
2-3 tablespoons of hot water
Method
Place all the dry ingredients together.
Place all the dry ingredients together.
Place the butter and syrup in the microwave for 1 minute. Add this
to the dry ingredients.
Add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture just binds
together.
Press into a prepared tray.
Bake in the oven at about 160oC for 10-12 minutes or until well
browned.
Leave on the tray until they cool. If they are still too soft
place back into a warm oven for 15 minutes and they will dry out.
