Anti Inflammatory Diet Food List

Meat Fish Poultry Legumes
Chicken, turkey, lambs, all legumes, including soy, dried peas and lentils, cold water fish like salmon, tuna

Dairy products
Milk substitutes like rice milk, nut milks and soy beverages
