Plum Porridge


1 cup GF Oats
1 cup Rice Milk
½ cup Water
2 dried Pitted Prunes
LSA (Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds & Almonds)


Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer until thick
Add more rice milk for a thinner porridge
Sprinkle with LSA

Serves 1
