Bircher Style Muesli


1/3 cup GF Oats
2/3 cup Almond or Rice Milk
1Tblspn Raisins
2 Tspns Flaxseeds
2 Tspns Chia Seeds
Pinch of Mixed Spice
Pinch of Fine Himalayan Rock Salt
1 Tblspn Apple, grated or finely chopped


Place all ingredients except the apple in a small bowl
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Add the apple just before eating

Serves 1
