One of the ways Jo tried to add more oats to our diet without anyone knowing is a 'chocolate mousse'
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons GF Uncontaminated oats
1/2 ripe avocado
Heaped tablespoon cocoa/ cacao or carob
1 cup soy milk
Teaspoon honey
Method:
Whizz up in the blender and chill in fridge. Top with flaked almonds or sprinkles
